Waving cowboy

I began this card with a discontinued crackle paper
from Karen Foster Designs.
It was attached to the card front, then
sponged with Ranger Archival coffee color ink
around all four edges.
A mountain scene (stamp unknown) with buffalo
grazing was stamped with VersaMark and
embossed with fine line white embossing powder.

The cowboy, image by Viva Las Vegas Stamps,
was stamped in Ranger Archival black ink.
It was colored with colored pencils,
a blending stump dipped in baby oil
was used to smooth out the pencil strokes
and blend the coloring.
The waving cowboy was torn out of the
piece of white card stock and the edges
were "burned" by sponging with Ranger Archival
coffee and black ink.

Scotties Everywhere!

Guess who owns a Scottish Terrier? Yup, we do. MacDuff is such a sweet little rascal. These stamps from Viva Las Vegastamps looks just like him and the phrase is perfect for a dog lover.

We have here the same paper and stamps with three different layouts.

Share The Journey #1

This phrase is from Viva Las Vegastamps. Oh do I love that store. A truly addicted stamper could stamp for hours and hours. Had I the time and money I surely would have done just that.
The layered scalloped squares are scrapbook papers cut with Spellbinders Nestibilities. The "ribbon" on the right is made using scrapbook papers, card stock, Create-A-Cut paper cutter and an EK Success punch with a dark paper under the two lines of tiny holes. The flouish is a Bosskut die.
