Liebster Blog Award

The origins of the Liebster Blog Award are somewhat unclear, but the general consensus is that it originated in Germany. Liebster, means favorite or dearest, and the Liebster Award is designed to showcase bloggers with fewer than 200 followers. Upon accepting the award, the recipient must pass it on to five more blogs of note.

Okay winners, here’s what you need to do.
1. Thank your Liebster Blog Award presenter on your blog.
2. Link back to the blogger who presented the award to you.
3. Copy and paste the blog award on your blog.
4. Present the Liebster Blog Award to 5 blogs of 200 followers or less who you feel deserve recognition.
5. Let them know they have been chosen by leaving a comment at their blog.

    Thank you so much, Shelly! Your kind words are timely as I've been in hosp since 4 am last Sat. I'll blog, but the wifi has been out (ugh) and can barely peck this out one-fingered from my phone. But wanted to thank you asap and let you know that I have a Liebster. I have seen where some people accept more than one, but I would prefer if you could pick another. My first one, and now this one, have been such a thrill, that I would love to give

    Thank you so much, Shelly. Truth is, I have received it 4 times before so I'll just add your name to it on my blog. I won't do the post on it because I hate choosing people to give the awards to....afraid I'll leave someone out. I guess I'm not a good player. :-) Thanks for your kindness.
